Tried to scam me out of my truck [***] [***]

Wanted to by ny cra, and we are in Puerto Rico, the area code is from California, be carefull

Responded to craigslist ad. Wanted to put money in our paypal account for snowmobile and arranged for freight co. to pick up when I told him I would meet hin in CA for cash, he said he was "offshore" defineatly a scammer. text number was 9524-665-01, and when he  called had a strong asian accent and couldn't understand him.
