Received a call from this unusual phone number. No message.

Received call.  Said they were from microsoft service center in Denver.  Suggest you search this bogus call and report to FCC.

I was at another phone w/o caller ID; otherwise I would not have answered. The caller was "Ricky" with Indian accent telling me he was from  "technical department" and my computer has problems. Bad scam that obviously has taken in a lot of people. I did not let him get far enough into his speech to hear the part about the error log.
I called him a bad name, which made me feel a little bit better.
Scary part is that he called me by first name.

The phone prefix of 191 proves that this is a scam.
