I received a call from this number and up untill now i am not sure who it was. The person said nothing while i was there answering helo repeatedly.

Just got a call from them. Rung a couple times then they hung up. I didn't answer because I typically don't answer numbers I don't know, but I always run a quick search for numbers I don't know and came up with this site when I did.
