No Called ID information, and no message left.  Presumed telemarketer

Long recorded message about how the state has declared my home eligible for some energy-bill-lowering program, assuring me a little too firmly that this is <i>not a sales call</i> and <i>no-one will try to sell me anything</i>, mentioning that the registration period ends on May 31, and ending with, "To revoke your eligibility and not receive any more program updates, press 1".  I pressed 1 ... and the whole recording started to play over again.

My landline phone has received 3 calls from 520-999-2313 within a few hours today. I did not answer the calls and no message was left by the caller. This is a real nuisance.

We get about 5 calls a day from this company. Mutiple times we have pressed the number to take us off of their call list. They continue to call. Twice now we have stayed on the line and spoke to someone directly. As soon as we get on the phone with someone and ask for them to stop calling us they hang up on us. This company is rude and needs to stop cold calling people! I am getting so fed up with these calls!!
