So far, we have received the same IRS filed law suit against us calls for 3 times to call back on 520-955-6201. I called this number back finally and told them to stop this [***].

This is the IRS scam, claiming they have filed a lawsuit against us. The number that shown
(213) 141-5163 on caller ID was not the number told to call (520) 955-6201.
Don't these criminals give up? Stop calling!

Got the same recorded message, a lawsuit filed against us by the IRS. My understanding is that the IRS won't call to contact you, they would mail a letter to initiate contact. Blocking this caller.

Yesterday.  Totally bogus.  IRS filed a lawsuit?  Hard to believe that anyone would bite on this, but someone must, or they wouldn't keep at it.  Message finished with, "take care now"  ... almost laughable.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
