Some woman just called from this number, stating she was with a company called PRI, and wanted to speak to my husband, I asked her what it was regarding, and she said it was regarding his student loan, but I don't believe that, for a few reasons. She did not identify the company until I asked her. I would be very careful, I think this might be a SCAM company-otherwise a debt collection agency is REQUIRED to send you notification of a debt, and if they have not you can request it in writing and they are required to provide it. And, my husband has been getting harassed by lots of fake companies trying to get money.

Called here caller ID says Smugglers Inn , calling for my husband saying they had a an issue with his student loan we just did a settlement with the loan holder and it's paid off , told them to get lost

I tried calling the number back and it goes to busy like someone hung up.
