I just got the same call but I answered. Same thing...heavy breathing so I hung up and blocked the number. I should have checked here first before I answered now they know it is a legitimate number and I am probably going to get more calls now.

Caller ID said Tucson AZ. Did not answer don't know the number and I have no business with Arizona nor do I know anybody from AZ. Left no message.

3-22-2017 1:56pm. Did not leave message. ID "Tucson AZ"  Whenever it just says a city or state or both its always a scammer. Real numbers don't use city's as caller ID.

Called earlier when I was not home they left no message. Second time they called I answered and heard breathing as well. They would not say anything, also heard a woman laughing in the background.  I think I had this number blocked before at one time.
