Did not leave a voice message, but sent a text claiming to be Carlos from Verizon with a upgrade for my cell phone at their store on Scottsdale rd and 7th ave. I could not find a Verizon with that address and the call came from a southern Arizona location Tucson area? Smells like a rat!

Called and asked to speak to me by name.  Once they confirmed I was the person .  Sounds like the  scam where they are calling  and asking if you can hear them so that they can record your "yes" answer.  I did not catch the callers

Called and asked to speak to me by name.  Once they confirmed I was the person they were looking for, they asked me if I knew I was eligible for an upgrade.  Once I answered "yes", they hung up.  Sounds like the  scam where they are calling and asking if you can hear them so that they can record your "yes" answer and then use it for their purposes.  I did not catch the callers or the Verizon store they were with.
