i have received calls from these people before (don't know if they are the same people as I just decided to start making a list of these annoying calls).  This time the number is  520-829-9179.  I found the person on the phone to be annoying- wound up just hanging up the phone.  Told them to mail me info (never asked for my address) as I don't do business on the phone with people who call me.
This caller said they were Fraternal Order of Police. Caller ID said 'Tucson.'  I never had this many annoying phone calls while being on Do Not Call List until we moved to Arizona

firefighters have called asking for donations. I've asked them several times to remove my number from their call list. But the calls continue.

Calls often and is able to speak without the answering machine recording the message.

They called me at 1133, no message left, # on ID.  I have spoken to them before many times regarding their donation requests.  They take donations for FOP and Firefighters unions.  Ask them a few more detailed questions since they don't have a web page and they won't send you literature in the mail.  It's pretty easy to say no! and they tend to stop (for a year or so)...
