I have a 509 area code and got a call from this number at 1:40 AM and then again at 1:50 AM. Caller hung up both times when answering machine picked up.

I called the number back and got this number, 1-800-379-8943, if you call this number and listen to the recording, it will give you the option to be put on a do not call list.
