"Foundation for American Vets" SPOOFED NUMBER!  Returned call, got "disconnected or not in service" message.  This is a legal charity but according to Wikipedia only 6% of the money gets into the field.  This qualifies them as scam artists to me.  GIS results are all negative.  If they are so great why are they hiding behind a spoofed number?
