They answer the phone as "Publishers Headquarters". They beeped in on call waiting while I was on the phone with my sister who was telling me how bad my dad's cancer was. I thought it was another family member so I switched over. She identified herself as Stacy with the above mentioned name and asked to speak with my dad. When I told her that he was in the hospital with cancer, the [***] hung up! After several attempts to call back and, I finally got through. I asked to speak with a supervisor when She hung-up again. I called back again. It was the same person every time. I told her to take our # off their list, but she hung up again! Very unprofessional. What does that tell ya?!
