Got a call from this number (caller said he was from Chad Reed Construction) asking for the owner by name. When he was told the owner wasn't in, he was returning a call & asked for owner's cell #. Told him I couldn't give it out but would take a message, he said he would call back. Have gotten similar calls before from same number but we don't do business with a Chad Reed Construction and he never leaves a message so suspect he is a telemarketer.

As Above, said Michael from -Wide Industrial. Pause on the line before he spoke = Telemarketer, he knew the owners name - asked for his cell number, but I don't give it out. Esp if the cell is unlisted why would I give it out to some random telemarketer calling our Do not call list number?

Assuming you are a business being called,  the DNC does not apply.  Businesses arent eligible.  Dnc is Only for private numbers.

Caller ID shows "Contractors".  When I answered he asked for the owner by name.  I asked who was calling and he gave his name as Dave Anthony.  When I offered to take a message he said he would call back later then hung up.  Telemarketing calls are never put through to management.
