I'm placing MY number on the Do NOT CALL LIST moron.  STOP CALLING.

This number (520-686-5136) calls my phone EVERY MORNING at 8:00. I use it now as an alarm clock. The leave a one second message so I have to clear it. It's annoying but poor things, they have nothing else to do but call me. Stupid people.

As Alf explained barely two months prior, ranting here is an empty exercise. You have to take your problems straight to the debt collector's doorstep.

The federal Do-Not-Call registry exists to help enforce the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Please note the operative term ''marketing''. A debt collector is not a sales person and is therefore not covered. Here are the DNC service terms one is supposed to review at registration time:
