This was a place trying to give me free information about school programs. For one the person has called me about 3 to 4 times in one day when I answerd and told them that I was not interested in any information he was rude but it is just a telemarketer trying to get people to sign up for school and if you tell them that you are not interested they just hang up on you no nothing just click! And plus isn't information about schools supposed to be free??? That's what I always thought

i get a call, its like half a ring, then nothing
when i call back, it rings about 3 times, then there is nothing, i have had about 7 calls from them now. (one day)
