Received a call from this number on February 1, 2017 at 11:01am. They did not leave a message. I looked it up and it's a non-fixed-VoIP number, which tell me it's a scam. I keep track and post these types of numbers onto a list. Have been doing this since 2014. It's fun to see how many times they call. Once they have called me three times, then I block the number. At the end of two years, if a number never calls me back I take them off my blocked call list and just delete them off my list collection.
