This post is an example of the fine intellectual abilities of those with computers and internet access.  This phone number actually is Geicko, although not only for billing/collections.  So, if you got a call from this number, and you don't have Geiko, it may be that they misdialed, or have old information for one of their customers.  You would possibly also get a call from this number if you were involved in an accident with someone who has Geiko.

It is GEICO..
However, they are not fishing, they are not selling you anything, they are not telemarketing, and they are not a collections company..

They are giving you a courtesy call to let you know they have not received a payment and they are canceling your policy within days..

Don't avoid them, this is an honest courtesy call.. They're not harassing you like a collections company does..
I have them and I often wait to the last minute to pay them and I usually do, when they start calling me to remind me that they are about to cancel my policy..
