It's some sort of a police charity asking for me to donate money for some sort of death benefits.  It sounded like a computerized voice doing speech recognition.  Unknown if it's a legitimate one or not.

Phone rang at 12:00 noon.  Caller ID said CASA GRANDE, AZ, and the number 520-494-3868.  Phone rang only 3 times and stopped; a sure sign that it was a robo-call and not a live person.  It's political campaign season, so being on the National Do Not Call Registry means nothing.

Caller ID (which I FINALLY now have, after dumping Cox last week for Basic Talk...yay!) says "Casa Grande, AZ".

Since I live in Litchfield Park, just west of Phoenix, there is no reason anyone in Casa Grande would be calling me.

My number has been on the Do Not Call Registry (joke that it is) for many, many years; doesn't stop the calls though. Reporting does NOTHING to stop the illegal activities, which more and more are phishing scams trying to get into my computer, my bank info, and sell me everything under the sun (probably just to get a CC #).

Ready to just give up home phone service all together...why should I pay good money to be harassed by criminals?.

Received a call from this number last week. Was checking my call log and missed it. I was at work and I do not keep the answering machine on anymore since I have caller ID. This call was from Casas Adobes Tucson which seems to be the new hot spot for these annoying calls. Must be a new call center in that area? If I do not know you, I do not pick up. Simple. If I could I would get rid of my home phone and never deal with this garbage. But I guess like spam email, these low life's will be with us forever.
