Has called twice and left no message.

Same here, no message

When I answered the phone there was a 2-4 second delay before the person calling answered "Hello?". This is indicative of a sales call.

I continue to receive calls about my vehicle warranty from this Arizona number.  I bought the car in New York have never registered it in AZ and I live in Kentucky.  It is annoying and I would like it to stop.
