Found in my reject logs- behavior is exactly as a telemarketer, no record of any business in Tucson with that number - calls at least 1-2 times daily with at least 3 variations of phone numbers!  Caller ID only says Tucson AZ.  If it's a legitimate caller, it will have a NAME!  NEVER answer such calls!  My system filters it automatically.  99.9% scam, and/or telemarketer (which is the same thing!)  Might be collections with wrong number/information too.. Second most common problem I used to get before I installed the reject-scumbag system.
