I answered the phone and was on hold for a minute with background music. Because it is my work line I waited for somebody to say something but after about a minute they hung up!

I keep recieving messages from this number and finially called it back. I got a machine about some newspaper or magizine company. You can get them to take you off their calling list by following the menu (option 1, 1, and then 3) They say it takes 24 hours to remove you fromt he list.

Quit calling!!!

Just spoke to them, and it is an Arizona number, but they claim they're from Kansas City.  They lure u in by telling u they are from some group selling magazines etc.  They first say the major credit card companies are sponsoring a million dollar lottery.  Move in to "you've won 8 magazines" then "oh u won 500 dopllar gift card.  Then they claim 2 transfer u to a supervisor that tells u that u need to provide your credit card number...yet the major credit card company didn't send me something, or doesn't already have my info?  They're a scam they ultimately want ur credit card information.
