Just got a call from 520-353-3367 and caller I.D. said Bisbee AZ.  He said it wasn't a sales call but that they could help with lowering utility bills and wanted to know if I was the home owner.  When I told him that I was an apartment renter, he said that he couldn't help me and hung-up.

I have blocked 520-353-3367 for at least a year.  Still they keep calling my home number.  Just since January 14 they have tried my home phone 12 times as of today.  This has been going on for quite some time and I wish they would stop.  Their caller ID only says it's Bisbee.  Not fair.  They should have to identify themselves since they are harassing my phone.  I looked back on my records and 520-353-3103 was also a 'Bisbee' number that I blocked.  That was 05/28/14 and 09/15/14 that I had that number blocked.  Please stop.  

In the last couple weeks I've been called by 520-353-3367 at least 7 times!  They are blocked at this point as I have no interest in talking to someone who is harassing my home phone.  It is too bad there are people who are abusing home phone numbers.
