Answered.  Call said I hadn't completed an order.  Had only completed sample requests that cost nothing, including shipping.  The phone number has my area code, which isn't for my actual area and makes the call suspicious.  Attempted to get me to pay for a 30 day sample.  I don't give out my payment information.  No additional pressure to purchase.  Associated with 1-888-422-9040, which people have associated with a potentially fraudulent attempt to get people to believe they have customer service offering refunds according to an online search, and supplement "samples" that will charge your debit/credit card according to the same search.  Blocked the number and associated number.
