Just rings once then hands up

Called.  Rang phone once, then hung up.

This call to my cellphone ten damn times rhen called my f'n home phone every ten to fifteen minutes. I want something done right away. I am pressing charges.

Look for a blocking app. You'd essentially be pressing charges on thin air since you're doubtful to find out where the caller even is. For a landline and you don't risk any important calls, try disconnecting the line or shutting off the ringer.

Calls a lot, never leaves message and hangs up quickly when you return the call.
