Receiving calls from a guy that talks REALLY fast about health insurance and when I tell him I won't give info over the phone - he hangs up.  I called the number back and a young girl told me this is HER number?? Seems like now they are "jacking" phone numbers to use so you don't have a number to call back, or report?
