Received a phone call today at work stating that I had done a internet loan back in 2010.  But then said I went into a bank in phoenix, provided 2 forms of ID and a blank check and received cash back.  I asked if she could provide me with the account number of that check and she verified my name and DOB and then said since I won't cooperate that they will be pursing action and hung up. Before she hung up she wouldn't give me name of company she was calling from.  Does anyone know anything about this?  Phone call was made from 520-308-6484.

This is some kind of scam outfit.  I've received 2 calls from this number saying the call was for a name I didn't recognize, but that it was about a complaint received about them from the Social Security Admin, and to where to call to submit important information to clear their name.  Scary stuff out there - BEWARE!

I received a call from this number. They left a voice mail stating that I had a returned check and they were taking action against me. Well...I think I would have known if I had a returned check. The bank would have been the FIRST one to notify me....This is a scam!
