Got a call from this phone number. Its a spoofed number, non-working, etc. Some guy with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent says he's calling from US Federal Bank and congratulated me on winning a $10,000 grant of some kind. This is definitely a scam. Stay away!

CID was Mobile call and they did not leave a message. I searched this number and it has been reported as a scam on many other sites.

Called all day 10 times.

Calling numerous times each day, all the way to 9:30 at night.  Will not leave a message.  When number is dialed back, it is no longer in service.

I got the same call just now. Same thick accent.  I told him I couldn't understand him and that no one here had applied for a grant from the Federal government and asked if he would email me what he was talking about . He said they were not allowed . I told him we are done here and hung up
