Caller ID displayed as "Unknown name", following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my voicemail to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and I first encountered a human male recording playing twice that said "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." I then encountered a busy signal and I hung up.
