I got a call from this number too but did not answer it as it was not 10 digits. any idea who or what it is?

The acutal number was 1-520-198-76; it is not a 10 digit number. I just recieved a call on my cell. Typically i do not answer unknown calls, not sure why i did this time. I heard a hispanic female voice on the other line..already in conversation. Any one have a similar situation??

I got a call from this number at 4:20pm on a tuesday. I didn't answer the call due to the 9 digit number
