This scam request you pay back taxes from 1985-90.  Used names Daniel Roy and Albert Hoffman but spoke with a Middle East accent.

518-802-1760 IRS Called us at 5am on a weekend. They claim they're the IRS going to sue you if you don't pay "back taxes" immediately. Yeah, because the IRS uses a Cingular cell phone in New York state. Idiots.
