Let emails about repayment

I actually got a text message from someone calling themselves David cooper from the dept of justice. Funny!!! I don't know if ANY legit agency that text you to start. Then there was so many typos incorrect use of words just down right awful!!! Please don't give in to this mess it's a total scam

Just received a recorded call to call back officer Cooper about a citation he gave me. Funny thing is I don't live in New York or have been given a citation. They also said if I don't call back they would be forced to come out with a notarized arrest warrant. Didn't know arrest warrants got notarized. Complete joke. I am tempted to call back just to see what they have to say.
