they call 3 or 4 times a day.  then, hang up.  i DO NOT want to talk to them.  make them stop, please.

benchmark calls have become impossible to deal with...

call me when you want to give me money, until then lose my number!!

Unfortunately...Calls from this number and many others ARE NOT BLOCKED BY THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. It is a very weak law, that only covers TELEMARKETERS = "People Selling Things".

HERE IS THE REGULATION FROM THE FTC:
"Placing your number on the National Do Not Call Registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all. Because of limitations in the jurisdiction of the FTC and FCC, calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors would still be permitted, as would calls from companies with which you have an existing business relationship, or those to whom you’ve provided express agreement in writing to receive their calls."

This is the Key Sentence:
Because of limitations in the jurisdiction of the FTC and FCC, calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors would still be permitted.
