i did too its a nice lady that helped me resolve an outstanding account so that a creditor didnt have a chance to sue me. she was able to provide me with proof of owed debt and was a pleasure to deal with.

She sounded so nice and polite on my voicemail, too.  Duh!!  When someone calls and wants your personal info., and hides behind "we sent you a letter already" and "you better tell me what we want to know or you'll be sued", it means SCAM!  There is no merit to this call except she wants your money.  No gun is used, but she's trying to rob people.  Sorry lady, but get your money from doing something honest.

CAUTION!!  Michael sounds so sweet and innocent, I think Michael is part of the scam.  Big time part of the scam!

I received a rude call from a Michael and this is such a scam. They used my maiden name from years ago. I have no debt and no one is coming to my place of employment. These people need to get real jobs.
