Called at 7am local time. ID said Albany, NY. Knew it was a junk call, so didnt answer. Sure enough. When it went to the answering machine, it was one of those junk IRS calls.

Complete scam, says the IRS is filing a law suit and to call them at this number. yeah, that's not how the IRS informs you they are filing an action against you.
