I just received the same call except it was from a 518-375-2201. It was a pre recorded message that stated the exact same message as what you are stating from Jasmine Long. I have also received this same message from Michael Stevens at the 201 number.

yep must be bogus. they won't tell me what the problem is, unless i call them before they call me twice ? if it's not bogus, then who ever made the complaint is to afraid to make it public or formal what-ever their complaint is, so it doesn't really matter to them anyway.

Same message as previous caller .... From my understanding a professional service would not us a prerecored message then hange up.

just received a call and apparently someone made a complaint but they will not give you any type of information ,unless you call a number. also i told them that this specif number has a lot of complaints, so i hung up the phone.
