3 calls, no message

Got a call, didn't answer it, no message left.  I've signed up for a godaddy domain name somewhat recently and have been getting 2-3 calls per day from different numbers ever since, anyone else?

Have received multiple calls.  Phone screen showed (518) 330-6550 out of Albany, NY.  I didn't answer it and there was no message left.  However, a special caller ID app system that I have provides "Daniel Tietz (518) 330-6550 3 Flower Ct Wynantskill New York."  I have no way to know if the caller ID app system is correct but that is what comes up on the screen.

I have also purchased a goddady domain name and have been receiving spam calls ever since. Some have to do with a website, but others are for things that do not pertain to my lifestyle at all.
