This scammers doesnt give up.  IRS do not call to threaten you about lawsuit.  Simple knowledge.  They will mail a letter and ask you to response.  stupid scammers trying to fool stupid people

Call them back and had a laugh.  Why the scammers cant employee real Americans who speaks real English?  Why they always had freaking Indians who cant speak English at all trying to scam money from us?  Dude, invest a little in our economy maybe we have money for you to scam.

They called me yesterday on a different number (518-596-6052) and today on this number. Gave him bogus info both times but he said I owed money for calculation errors on my returns. He also wanted to know if the errors were intentional or were by mistake. Next time think I will tell them I am recording the call. Wonder what kind of a response that will get.

(518) 256-4319 just called with a recorded message saying the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against me.
Total scam.
