A robo message indicating the IRS is filing suit.  It's a scam.  The IRS does not call threatening suit: they send a letter and any follow up call comes from a real person (with an IRS caller ID) identifying who they are trying to contact, the agent's name, a file number reference and a toll free return number.  This is just a scam trying to fish for your personal info.
