i just got a text message to my phone for an item i posted on craigslist. Message from 541-329-7624 also email address, joneshasbrook@gmail.com.
the text message mentioned my item and wanted to know the final price but i was supposed send my answer back to their gmail account. i called the number back and an answering service answered and said the extension  541-329-7624 was busy and to leave a message. pretty sure its a scammer using a national phone number as an extension.  beware

This was a telemarketer for Disney. Based on what was said by Barbara DYe, I imagine this is a scam and the scammers were just using something they thought I would be interested in.

I also got told I won a tablet. The thing I took note of, is that they used my first name. I should mention that my phone is in my wifes name not mine. Therefore I can only assume that it is a result of signing up for something. Worst thing is that the person calling could barely string together their very obvious script
(contest, survey, ext...)
when I asked what the catch was they hung up on me.
