It is an outfit based in Syracuse, NY, called Agway Energy. They peddle electricity and gas services. They have been calling me three times/day at exactly the same time for the last 6 months! I can even adjust my watch to their calls. I answered once, some 3 months ago, and a woman actually was on the other end. I told her I was not interested in whatever they want to sell to me and to take me off their list. She said they would. After that... the calls continued and they never cease. I just do not answer. They are bullies and the FCC has been repeatedly notified about their annoying calls and, as expected, the FCC does... nothing! Of course.

Call is out of NY and I'm in NC. No messages and don't know how they got my #. Apparently being on the DNC list doesn't mean a thing.

Identity theft via telemarketing....Supposedly a national Pharmacuetical company marketing a pain creme, stating medicare would cover the cost, free, all they need is your medicare id, do you have your card number handy? If you give them that info, they have your social security info.
