Call says that I call from the Government Grant, and that I have been selected to receive a $5000.00 dollar grant. Just call this number back 516-874-5006. From this number 305-921-0783.

I got the same call today in Alaska on 11/19/08.  It's sue a scam but then there must be enough ignorant people to take the bait otherwise they would not try so much.

My daugher is 18 got a call from this number promising $5000 Government Grant Money. They called her back today asking if she mail the processing fee of $144. She wasn't aware of this, she sd the guy told her it would be $1.95 processing fee. I called the number back and it goes straight to voicemail, however voicemail is full. This is definetly a scam. Unfortunely being 18 and needing money for College she didn't know and gave all her information to this guy.
