no message, just a number on the caller i.d.

The moment that I typed the word "jobs" my home phone and my cell phone rang and it was this number on the screen. I didn't answer but I called back to see who was it and he said that I'm looking for jobs and he wanted my information so he can help me out. I asked him his company's name, his name, and how he got my number but didn't get and answer. I didn't give my info though.
He is definitely an internet HACKER! How did he know that I typed the word "jobs" in my computer, I did not type my phone number there. How did he get my phone number by just typing the word "jobs"?
I think he was trying to get more information from me who knows maybe he is an Internet hacker and was practicing cell phone tapping as well! It's awful. These people should be stopped.

My husband googled a job search and now we are being bambarded with phone calls and they are very very annoying

I don't want these calls.
