Called my DNC registered cell. I don't pick up calls to my cell unless the number is in contacts. No voicemail.
I *67'ed the #. It went to a Verizon mailbox so it may have been a misdialed number or a teleterrorist using a spoofed Garden City number. Garden City is commonly spoofed.
