They call several times a day while I would not answer the phone.  I started answering their calls after they would not stop.  States they are calling on "behalf" of Verizon and wanted to know how many phones, tvs and computers I had in my house.  Told him I do not give out information over the phone, on the "do not call list", do not call again.  Same person just called my house again today, repeated same message "DO NOT CALL".

I Answered the phone, and they hung up.  I could hear a voice in the background.
