Has called 3 times today.  Never answer, they never leave msg.   Caller I'd :  Floral Park, NY

 Caller identifies himself as Samuel, and that it is imperative he speak w/ my spouse (uses her first name) and that he is with/from the floral Park, NY Police Dept.  Sound more a person calling for donations to a Police Fraternity, however refuses to speak w/me calls regularly now, and hangs up when I answer the phone.  tried to call back, however busy or or auto voice states 'unavailable.'    Caller Id says 'Floral Park'

Phony police solicitation...hang up...probably a phony number too...

I am getting calls to my cell from this number as well--one last week, 2 today. It just hangs up when I answer.

Caller ID said Floral Park, NY and I live very close by. He was asking for a police donation. Yeah right, why would I donate to police officers? Don't bother picking up, just block the number.
