Got a call - no one answered - call disconnected in 7 seconds.
This is about 50+ calls I have found on this site - all scams!

Phone rings, you pick it up and say "hello", you then hear a few seconds of total silence, then they hang up.
What do they bother to make the call?
Caller ID says "V00709574100172"
