Receiving calls and I am registered for the do not call list.  I hang up on them immediately.

The Do Not Call List does not apply to business lines.

Recorded Telemarketer.  Sells fear.  This is a most disturbing call designed to make it sound like you're in trouble with the IRS and facing possible jail time.  Near the end of the recorded message they do announce a disclaimer--albeit late--that they are not the IRS, but rather a help service.  When you press "9" as instructed to opt out, you get a system busy signal, which I take to mean as an intentional system breakdown.  This is vile and should be stopped.  Do your part and report it to http://donotcall.gov.

I too received a unwanted call .. I too am on the Do Not Call list ... my conclusion ?? .... do no call list does not work, fcc complaints do not work .... swearing at them does not work .... telling them not to call me again does not work ... sooo ... will Invest (my money) in a device to block their calls .. is this the American Way ?? or What ?? .... Land of the Free !! ... free to do anything big business wants, free to tax us in any way they want, free to run the country into more debt than can ever be repaid without gross, Gross inflation, free to spend the peoples money any way they want .... actually america, please realize that wal  mart is more stable than the U.S. government ... (financially) ... good luck to future generations .....
