Got a robocall at 8:44 a.m.  I didn't answer because they didn't identify themselves and it was a NY area code.  I don't live near NY.  They were calling "for the last time" about lowering my credit card rate.  Never said which credit card.  If I had a nickel for every robot that has called me and said it was the last time they would call I could buy the phone company and put these slime balls out of business.
