Scam robocall. Do not answer or attempt to engage the person if they should gain access to your phone, just hang up. Best not to answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.

This is the free medical alert scam.  Caller ID says Betty Riggins - also $1000 in free grocery coupons & other free stuff.
BTW they claim some friend of yours referred you.

Obviously, the Do Not Call Registry is a joke.  I have stopped answering all unknown numbers.
