I received a text stating they were Robert W Baird and Co., wanting to arrange an interview via yahoo instant messaging. I found this strange a couple of word choices in  English language were odd. Although the company exists, it did not seem right. This is the number from which received text messages.

I also received a text from this number saying they were R. W. Baird.  I have reported the possible scam contact to the company.  you should as well.

Does anyone else live in Texas?
Have a WorkinTexas.com account?
I think my resume was misused from this site. It's the only place I had this information online.

Same scammer(s) have sent me emails as well.

I live in Texas and I also have a workintexas.com account. When I got the text from this number they stated that they reviewed my resume on indeed.com which is not true because i never use those websites. I researched the company and I contacted the (Robert W. Baird & Company) risk management team so that they are aware. The number is 1-800-792-2473 and the hours of operation is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (CT)

They didn't send me an email. They contacted me via text and the crazy thing about it is that I just got this phone line and updated it on the workintexas.com website

Yes, exactly same for me as well
